The Pink Walk is the Rotorua Breast Cancer Trust‘s major fundraising event which helps us to support those with breast cancer in the Rotorua community. Proceeds from registration and sponsorship help to fund education, tailored support, exercise programmes, and support groups. We are again hosting our annual pink walk at the lakefront, so get your pink on and join us there.

What is Paint the Town Pink?

Paint the Town Pink is a challenge to businesses and organisations in Rotorua and beyond, to decorate their workplaces in Pink, this year as Paint the town Pink is such a great event on its own, we have decided to have a separate Paint the town pink event in May 2025, so that we can give it our full attention and support away from the Pink walk.

Paint the town Pink is a great opportunity for your workplace to enjoy a group activity while supporting this really wonderful cause.

8pm- online registrations close

Wednesday 23rd October
4:30pm – Registrations Open at the Village Green
5pm-6pm – Entertainment
6pm – Walk departs the Village Green (approx 3.4km loop walk to the Government Gardens)
6:50pm – Prizegiving at the Village Green

Where does your Pink Walk money go?

The Rotorua Breast Cancer Trust has helped women and their families in a number of ways. Whether it is home help after surgery, programmes to improve movement, circulation and general health, or a care package because life has just got too tough. Your kind donation makes these things possible.

The Trust provides an incredible support network to those affected by breast cancer and their families. We also support people affected by any cancer. So if you need help or know of someone that does, please contact us. We are here to help.
